Return & Exchange Policy :

At Fatima Arts, we provide our valued customers with a hassle-free exchange policy. We strive to thoroughly inspect every product before dispatching an order. However, if a product is found to be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, it can be exchanged by contacting our customer support at fatimaarts780@gmail.com or 0301-5113530.

Fatima Arts is responsible for returns and exchanges only within 3 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

Please note that in case of a return & exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all products reach Fatima Arts in their original condition without any damage.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to exchange a product, they are solely responsible for paying the delivery charges and shipping the items to Fatima Arts Lahore office: Millat Road, Sanda Lahore. However, if the product is neither damaged nor defective but the customer still wishes to return it, Fatima Arts will deduct 50% of the product price as a restocking fee.
