Fatima Arts is responsible for exchanges only within 3 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all products reach Fatima Arts in their original condition without any damage.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to exchange a product, they are solely responsible for paying the delivery charges and shipping the items to Fatima Arts's Lahore office. However, if the product is neither damaged nor defective but the customer still wishes to exchange it, Fatima Arts will charge Rs 500 as a 2-way shipping fee.
